It was surely a wonderful stay during our NE road trip. The hotel was clean, we really enjoyed it. The restaurant was exceptional for breakfast here, we had excellent dishes. The staff was genuinely friendly and excellent. The location was great for walking around a Libby house. The property was a lovely base for enjoying a downtown area.

Every time in Portland, I choose this place. The hotel is clean, nestled in a beautiful building with an attached restaurant. It has a main bar, that serves hot drinks.

The location was unbeatable in a lovely area, really close to all the restaurants and shops and a block to the water, Portland and specifically Old Port on numerous occasions for both business and leisure and the downtown area. I took a queen room with 2 queen size beds and the garden, for example. In general the service was nice.

We ate at a great restaurant for breakfast. The bathroom was clean, included a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets. Very central location was a plus.

Awesome location near to both Old Port, the center of many good restaurants and shopping and all the restaurants and shops and a block to the water.

Great central location, cute nautical decor, fresh & hip ambiance. Home-like feel, Starbucks coffee on each floor until 11am. Friendly staff, free hot coffee at the bar. Clean room, tidy bathroom, adjustable thermostat. Loved candy jars & complimentary seltzer. Delicious food - blueberry pancakes and avocado toast. Perfect location for exploring town. Quiet suite with great view. Spacious room, huge bathroom. Comfortable, clean bed. Unique furniture. Self-serve water & sparkling water fountain. Helpful parking attendants.

Overall a really nice stay with the guest experience. Plenty of outstanding options for meal. The knowledgeable staff and their attitude. Favourable location just next door to a working port and the center of downtown Portland and eateries, next to Market Street. Also, to the theater.

Upscale boutique hotel, lovely views over the courtyard toward the bay. An exceptional restaurant for breakfast.

The location was comfortable, close to the harbor, in the very very nice area. After long day I visited Shays Grill Pub for a couple of drinks. I was offered a room with magnificent views of the garden.

We had a fantastic stay at the Portland Harbor Hotel. The central location made it easy to explore the city's attractions, and the beautiful garden area with a fire pit was a lovely spot to relax in the evenings. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff and the dog-friendly policy. I highly recommend this hotel.
